DO YOU NEED A VISA?
For each trip, we state visa requirements for Australian passport holders on our website. Also, at the time of preparing your travel document we reconfirm the visa requirements for your destination. As a guide, this is around 60-70 days prior to departure.
As a minimum standard, we give the advice for Australian passport holders. For passport holders from other countries you should make a request for us to check your requirements.
Visa requirements are different from country to country. In some cases you may not require a visa, or you may only require an authority to travel which is obtained online.
VISA PROCESSING SERVICES
For visa applications there is the option to engage a Visa processing service to ensure seemless processing. This can be particularly convenient if you have more than one visa to obtain for the same trip.

They have established contacts at all Consulates, at the Embassies and High Commissions in Canberra and expertise in computer tracking and information systems.

Visalink is a leading Australian travel visa facilitation specialist - they offer an online travel visa advice and processing solution. Their service includes the latest visa advice, and manage end-to-end visa application processes to all embassies and consulates.
ELECTRONIC TRAVEL AUTHORITY
Some countries don't require a visa but they do require that you apply for a Travel Authority prior to arrival to the country. These are often referred to as Electronic Travel Authority (eTA) or Electronic System for Travel Authorization by the United States of America.
WORD OF CAUTION
There are many non-government websites offering the service of providing an Electronic Travel Authority. They are known to charge the cost of the eTa plus a service fee. We can only recommend going directly to the official government website and do not have experience with these other non government portals.
