Weather

• Expect some hot and humid weather; it's best to dress in light clothing but also pack some light layers in case of unexpected cooler weather
• The hot climate means mosquitos may be around and you should cover up and take precautions to avoid being bitten.

Accommodation

• Hotels are a superior to deluxe standard; 4 to 5 star
• There is an eco lodge stay in the jungle – as a guide, 3 star equivalent

Physical challenges:

• You are prepared from some soft adventure including boat travel and longer walks.
