Darwin Airport

Darwin International Airport (IATA: DRW, ICAO: YPDN) is the busiest airport serving the Northern Territory and the tenth busiest airport in Australia. It is the only airport serving Darwin.

The airport is located in Darwin, Northern Territory's northern suburbs, 8 km (5.0 mi) from the Darwin city centre, in the suburb of Marrara. It shares runways with the Royal Australian Air Force's RAAF Base Darwin. Darwin Airport has an international terminal, a domestic terminal and a cargo terminal. Both of the passenger terminals have a number of shops and cafeterias.

Taxi:
You can catch a taxi, taxi pricing is charged by meter, expect to pay around $25.00 to $30.00 for a trip between Darwin International Airport and the Darwin CBD district. A $3.00 exit toll payable by the passenger applies on exit from the ranking lane at the airport. 


Adelaide Airport

Adelaide Airport is the principal airport of Adelaide, South Australia and the fifth busiest airport in Australia, servicing just over eight million passengers in the financial year ending 30 June 2017.[3] Located adjacent to West Beach, it is approximately 6 km (3.7 miles) west of the city-centre.

Adelaide Metro Bus
If you wish to use public transport to/ from Adelaide Airport, Adelaide Metro offers an express double decker bus service called JetExpress between the airport and the city.

Adelaide Metro also offers a convenient JetBus service to Glenelg, West Beach and the City, servicing all stops en route.                                      

Both JetExpress and JetBus are Metroticket services. Single trip and daytrip tickets can be purchased from bus drivers.

Shuttle Bus
Airport City Shuttle offers a Door to Door service from Adelaide Airport to Adelaide Hotels and Businesses. Group discounts are available.

Booking are not needed, please follow instructions below:
On arrival please make your way to the Information and Tourism Bookings Booth located on the ground floor of the terminal in a central location. The friendly staff will help you with your booking and inform you of the next shuttle time (approximately every half hour).

City Shuttle Bus operating hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday from 8am – 9pm.
Saturdays from 8am – 6pm.
Sundays from 8am – 5pm.

Taxis from airport:
A taxi rank, located left of the pedestrian plaza as you walk out of the terminal. Concierges provide a safe environment and allocate taxis to passengers. There is a $2 levy added to fares for taxis leaving the airport.

The airport is just over 4 miles from the city centre.  A taxi will cost around $26-$32 and the journey takes about 20 minutes. There is a $2 surcharge for passengers using taxis to exit the airport.

Airport Shuttle: 
Northern Flyer / City Shuttle provides an Airport / CBD shuttle service to major hotels and return if required. This is a seven day service - reservation/ booking is appreciated or contact the Information Booth in the T1 Terminal. The Northern Flyer minibus service also provides transfers door to door from the northern Adelaide suburbs.
