TRAVELODGE HOBART
Travelodge Hotel Hobart is perfectly located in the heart of historic Hobart, close to Franklin Wharf, Battery Point, and many of the city’s top attractions.

A short walk will take you to some of the most charming dining locations in the city. Great shopping spots such as Battery Point, Salamanca Place, Constitution Dock and the beauty of the waterfront are also within walking distance.

This hotel is an ideal Hobart base from which to explore all the attractions of the city. Treasures such as the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens, the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery, the Museum of Old and New Art, and many more destinations are a short distance away.

Salamanca Place is within a short walking distance. With its dozens of restaurants, shops, pubs, galleries and craft shops, this is the true shopping and entertainment hub of Hobart. And, there is something to suit every budget at the famous Salamanca Market every Saturday. Constitution Dock and the waterfront are also just moments away from our doorstep. The eateries in this area are varied, but all of them specialise in seafood and other locally sourced ingredients. Many also have menus that feature local wines and boutique beers.

NORFOLK BAY CONVICT STATION
This absolute waterfront, historic guest house and bed and breakfast is centrally located between Eaglehawk Neck and Port Arthur on the Tasman Peninsula and overlooks the sheltered waters of Little Norfolk Bay. The Convict Station has been offering hospitality to travellers since the 19th century. It operated as the first Pub on the Tasman Peninsula and then offered accommodation to seafarers when the jetty was the entry port to the Tasman Peninsula. From here you can explore the history and wild beauty of the Tasman Peninsula:

Enjoy breakfast, a generous and homemade buffet and features our own home made jams and marmalades, homemade breads, our home made fruit compote, preserved and fresh fruit and soft boiled eggs. Free wifi is available to guests during their stay.
